How do I contact Word Press about artwork posted without permission?

I discovered through a tool of my hosting service that someone had posted a piece of my artwork without my permission. I think they probably just found it through Google Image Search or something. It’s on a WordPress blog. I emailed the owner of the blog and asked her to please remove my art (technically I do not have the art active on my portfolio website any longer, but the page it was on is still existing on the internet, and so I linked her to that). But she has not replied, and it’s been at least four days. WordPress makes you pick a category or question in its Support section, and they say they do NOT answer via email. I do not see a phone number listed anywhere. How am I supposed to contact WordPress about this? Who should I contact if I cannot contact the blog owner OR WordPress?

It is not a WordPress issue but the owner of the domain name if it is a stand alone wordpress site..if so just go to whois.com and search, then write to the admin on record..if it is a site on wordpres.org, same issue sorta.. its an open source platform and they are not responsible for what people do with the software…for both circumstances you may have to get an Intellectual Property attorney to write to the legal office of wordpress to get their attention…Good Luck!

Would i loose all my keywords and meta tags?

I have setup a new iphone case site using the latest wordpress version 3 and the site was setup using the basic of information this was mainly to get the site up and running,the thing is i have just had a new template made for the site so when i go to install the new template would i loose all my details like keywords and meta tags or would they be saved,i am not worried about the basic images that i uploaded as they will all be renewed.The site is due to be finished later today into its final design.

If you manually added your meta tags in to the template files (which I highly doubt you did) your tags will be replaced.
If you’ve been using a wordpress plugin for you meta tags they will all be kept

How to add article to Joomla using a blackberry or other mobile device?

For wordpress there is the wphone which works great for simple themes, how about joomla? any way of updating a joomla website via mobile?

Joomla uses a web interface to input articles. This is done through the admin interface, (which is web based,) or you can add users and give them the author role.

If your blackberry can log into the site through the admin interface, it should be no problem entering article content.

However, the default admin template might be awkward on a mobile device.
