Which info will I be asked when I call MBNA.co.uk bank to activate the new arrived credit card?
I’m afraid to give redundant informaion over the phone. Please someone who did this before tell me what they will ask. And if that’s autoresponder or live operator. I’m very afraid of identity theft. Thanks in advance!
MBNA have one of the most long winded automated answer systems. You will be asked to key in the PAN number (the number across the card) and when you finally get though to an operator, they will take you through normal security questions and activate the card. Be warned that they will try and sell you PPC and balance transfers whilst you are on the phone.
