all about host companys?

If I sign up to a service provider to host my website or multiple sites at the charge of $6.95 amount is it $6.95 for each site? And also am I right in saying that every host company provide you with autoresponders. If so why should I pay aweber $20.00 a month is there a difference between the autoresponder from the host company and aweber ?

As for my experience with hosting companies, this $6.95 should be for each site per year because last year I signed up with the hosting company that charges $10 for every new site you get hosted with them on a yearly basis.

I got a business website, the website has a capture page, every customer fills up the form in the capture page, his/her e-mail goes to my autoresponder mail list….
I want every customer who joins under my name, i give him/her my exact same duplicated website for free so the customer can go and promote what i have and earns commission.
